Microspace provides a service to our customers to create personalized environments to share information with their clients. In the context of using our service, we have access to the personal information in the microspaces, contacts and automated emails sent by Microspace on our customers' behalf.
We do not control the content of our customers' Microspace accounts and environments or any personal data which our customers collect while using our Microspace Subscription Service. We store and process personal data on behalf of and only as instructed by our customers as described in our Data Protection Agreement and Service Agreement. We will never access this information as required by us to comply with applicable laws, unless absolutely necessary to provide the Microspace Subscription Service. Any responsibility connected with controlling personal data and complying with applicable privacy laws is the sole responsibility of our customers when providing instructions to Microspace for processing this personal data.
We collect usage data when you or your clients interact with the Microspace Subscription Service. This includes personal data which has been modified to not be unidentifiable as you, for example through anonymisation or aggregation. Usage data may be collected by us to analyse usage trends on our website or during your use of our services and can be collected directly by the Microspace Service or via third-party tools.
You may connect your Microspace Subscription Service to a third party for integration purposes (such as via Zapier). You are responsible for reviewing before authorizing any third-party tool to access your information on Microspace.
We may collect and store information about you when you use the Microspace Subscription Service such as when you access and login to our service and other information such as which device and location you are accessing the service from to improve our services.
We may collect information about you such as information available from public sources, such as social media sites for sales and marketing purposes. We may also collect data about you when you visit our website for web analytics purposes in an automated way through the use of cookies. The purpose of collecting your personal data is for us to perform a contract we have with you or because you are in the process of closing a contract with us. All other personal data is collected by us because you have consented to that particular purpose.

We store your personal data for the duration that is necessary for us to provide you our services. On termination or expiration of your Microspace Subscription Service, we will delete all personal data taking into account any grace period in accordance with Service Agreement. This is applicable except where we are required by applicable laws to retain some or all your personal data or where we have stored backups of your personal data in our backup storage. Backups are securely stored and are not accessible for processing.
You may request the immediate permanent deletion of your account by contacting us at support@microspace.co and after identity verification. Any additional cost arising in connection with the return or deletion of personal data after the termination or expiration of the Service Agreement shall be borne by the Customer.
