Microspace and Xelion have entered a strategic partnership to introduce “Xelion Microspace”: a fully integrated, white-label version of our platform within the Xelion product suite. The announcement was made at Xelion’s annual partner event.

For us, this is a significant step. Xelion has a strong position in the IT and telecom channel, and together we are bringing structured, personalised microsites to a much wider market.

Why this partnership

Service providers struggle with fragmented communication: proposals in email threads, documents spread across tools, and little insight into what customers actually read or share. Microspace solves this with a single, branded microsite per customer or deal, shared through one link.

Xelion recognised the value of pairing this with their core communication tools. Through this partnership, resellers can offer their customers a practical way to centralise information and understand how prospects and clients engage with it.

Xelion Microspace is tightly connected to the Xelion softphone. Views, comments and updates appear directly in the interface that partners already use every day. This brings content, communication and customer insight together in one workflow.
