Share your microspace
By default, while you are still editing your microspace, your microspace is set to Private, and is only accessible for your team.
When you are ready to share your microspace with your audience, click on the Share button to open the share your microspace dialogue. You can retrieve the unique url of your microspace and configure who has access to your microspace.
You can control how your microspace is accessed by selecting one of the options. You can
- Share as a Public link
- Share more securely based on Invite Only
Share as a Public link
When set to Public - anyone with the link everyone who has access to the URL can visit your microspace. Your unlisted microspace url is unique and will not be indexed by Google.
This option is especially useful if your microspace does not contain private or confidential data and you want to make it easy for your audience to access the microspace content.
Share on Invite Only
To secure your content and share your microspace with a specific group of people set your share options to "Only people I have invited". In the Add People section, you can add the Names and Email Addresses of the persons you would like to invite to your microspace. New contacts are automatically added to your contacts.
This also enables to option for for your client to leave comments on your microspace pages, reshare your micrsopace and upload files.
To access your microspace, your audience will need to enter their email address.
Security settings
You can add additional security settings to the invited contact. When switched on the contact needs to verify it's email adres before they are granted access.
Set to Private
At any time you can set your microspace back to "Private - only for team members". Your microspace is no longer shared and only accessible by you and your team.
