Integrating Microspace with Zapier (Beta)
Zapier connects Microspace to over 5000+ apps using triggers and actions to automate flows between Microspace and the other apps.
For example, when a new contact is added in Microspace (trigger), you can add the new contact to your favorite CRM (action) using Zapier.
The integration is included with all Microspace plans and requires a Zapier account. Please note that while most apps are free, a few premium apps may require a paid Zapier subscription. You can find more details about Zapier’s pricing here.
Install the Zapier integration
- [Optioinal] In your Microspace account, go to Settings and select Integrations.
- Click Zapier.
- Click Log in to sign into your existing Zapier account, or Sign up to create a new Zapier account.
- Finish your integration setup by creating your first Microspace Zap.
Create your first Microspace Zap
1. Get started
- Log in to your Zapier account.
- In the menu, click + Create Zap
2. Set up your Microspace Trigger
Choose app & event
- Select Microspace App to use this as your Trigger.
- Choose the Microspace Event you would like to use as the trigger for your workflow.
Choose account
- Microspace has a secure integration with Zapier.
- Select the Microspace account you would like to connect.
- If have not yet connected your Zapier account to Microspace, you will be asked to connect your Microspace account.
Set up trigger
- Select your Microspace organization
- Zapier will ask you to test your Trigger
- Follow the remaining setup steps to finish setting up your trigger.
3. Set up your Action
Choose app & event
- Select the App to use this as your Action.
- Choose the Event you would like to execute as the Action in your workflow.
Choose account
- Select your App account or set up a connection between Zapier and your App
Set up action
- Follow the remaining setup steps to finish setting up your action using the data available from Microspace.
Publish your Zap
- Give your Zap a name
- When you are ready, publish your Zap and enjoy!
Get started with your own Zaps
You can access your Zaps by navigating to the Organization settings, and clicking on Zapier Integrations. To learn more about Zapier and the possibilities to integrate with Microspace, go to the Microspace Integrations page on Zapier.
